Delete your account and data

For the Growfy app (com.xenotixlabs.heygrowfy) and heygrowfy.com. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

1. How to request deletion

Email hello@heygrowfy.com with the subject “Delete my account”.

Include:

Your business name
The email address registered to the account
The WhatsApp business number connected to it, if you have one

Send it from the registered email address if you can. If you can’t, we will verify ownership another way before deleting anything — this protects you against someone else deleting your account.

We acknowledge every request within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. What gets deleted

Permanently erased from our systems:

Your account, login credentials and business profile
Every contact and lead record — names, phone numbers, email addresses, tags and notes
All conversation history, inbound and outbound, including AI-generated replies
Photos, video and documents you uploaded
The business information the AI used to write replies — products, pricing, hours, offers and custom instructions
Templates, chatbots, flows and scheduled campaigns
Your WhatsApp Business connection details held by us

Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited when the account is deleted and cannot be refunded or transferred afterwards. If you have a balance you want back, raise that with us before requesting deletion.

3. What we keep, and for how long

Retained financial records are kept for these purposes only. They are not used for marketing and are not shared.

Messages already delivered to WhatsApp exist on your customers’ phones and on Meta’s systems. We cannot delete those — deleting your HeyGrowfy account removes our copy.

4. Deleting some data without closing your account

If you only want to remove certain contacts, you do not need to email anyone and you do not need to wait.

Deleting a contact in the app or on the web immediately and permanently erases that contact and its entire conversation history — every message in the thread goes with it. You can do this for one contact or for many at once. There is no recycle bin, and it cannot be undone.

Use this if a customer asks you to erase their details: it is instant, complete, and entirely in your hands.

5. If a business messaged you through HeyGrowfy

If you are not a HeyGrowfy account holder but received a message from a business that uses us:

To stop the messages, reply STOP to that WhatsApp conversation. It takes effect immediately.

To have your details erased, the business that contacted you holds that record and can delete it instantly from their side, so asking them is fastest. If you would rather not, or cannot reach them, email hello@heygrowfy.com with the phone number that was contacted — we will pass the request to the business and make sure it is actioned.
